About Me
I am a national board-certified pediatric occupational therapist and lover of the great outdoors.
Since I was young, my family has prioritized time outdoors, from hiking and skiing in the mountains to water adventures. Throughout my schooling, I have volunteered in adaptive skiing, and I still do today. Now I live in Seattle, where nature adventures seem endless.
I have been a pediatric occupational therapist in public schools, pediatric outpatient clinics, and early intervention for ten years.
I am trained in the ContiGO Approach (Connection & Transformation in the Great Outdoors), an evidence-based framework to guide best practices in nature-based therapy with children.
Nature nurtures children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence, supporting their physical, emotional, and sensory development in ways indoor environments can’t. Time outdoors helps kids regulate, connect, and grow through movement, exploration, and play.
